"I just have to express how happy we were with Fervent Designs. Richandra, Rich of Fervent Designs was recommended by my photography vendor in the early stages of planning my wedding. I had started some of the many things to do, I really thought I could get it all done by myself. I was kidding myself. Richandra of Fervent Designs has the most organized methodology, with a personal touch, which puts a nervous bride to be at ease. All of the details were addressed timely and efficiently. But that is the least of what Rich did for us. From the very first meeting, she made sure that everything and everyone felt special and taken care of, especially the bride and groom. From the attire, décor, venue, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, etc. Rich made sure that everything was on track. After the reception, we headed for the hotel that was a catwalk away from our wedding venue in City Center, and to our surprise, Rich was still there for us! She had secured an upgraded suite for us and had placed all of our luggage, flowers, etc. in our room. She didn’t leave our side until we were settled in and taken care of. We were blown away by her personal attention to all of our needs throughout the planning of the wedding, organizing all of the details, there's a lot believe me, up until the very end! I highly recommend Fervent Designs for your wedding, Richandra and her staff are professional, highly organized, and will be attentive to all of your wedding needs."
